Dr. Brijeshwar Singh has made a special contribution to theatre by putting together a 3-hour long live theatrical show of Ramayana titled “Windermere ki Ramleela”. In the show, RVRM has compiled different forms such as the Pandit Radhey Shyam Kathawachak’s Ramayana, Ram Charit Manas and Pahadi Ramayana.

Dr. Brijeshwar Singh has instituted ‘Windermere Theatre Grant’ to support young talent in the field of theatre. So far, he has produced four plays through this grant which offers absolutely free of cost residency including meals and lodging to young artists from different part of the country. He has taken an initiative to introduce theatre to children with special needs. He has been supporting more than 150 thalassemia patients with proceedings from theatre. Dr. Brijeshwar Singh also gives lectures in medical colleges to educate medical students on how theatre could inculcate humanity and humanism in medicine.

As a playwright, Dr. Brijeshwar Singh has written two plays titled “Paladin” and “Zindagi Zara Si Hai”. He has also written two books which include gripping anecdotes about his relationship with theatre and operation theatre. Dr. Brijeshwar Singh has also written two books. The first book titled 'In & Out of Theatres' was published in 2014. His second book titled 'Next Patient, Please' was released on 26th March, 2022. It became a Bestseller in India within two months of its release.
